37% of respondents find managing learners across different languages challenging, which complicates global training initiatives and highlights the need for more robust multilingual support in training programmes.

Use of learning data

64% of organisations use learning data to analyse skills gaps, enabling more targeted and effective training initiatives. This data-driven approach helps in accurately identifying areas where training is most needed, ensuring a strategic allocation of resources.

57% of organisations integrate communication tools into their LMS, fostering better collaboration and engagement among learners. This integration helps in creating a more connected and interactive learning environment.
