Customers can now use Examity within the imc Learning Suite. This leading proctoring service will be connected via API for a seamless integration into the LMS.

 

How you benefit: Examity offers online exam proctoring available 24/7. This new integration is an excellent solution for customers who place great value on test validation. Examity is the first proctoring solution which fulfils common data privacy directives.

Seamless online conferences with Cisco WebEx

The imc Learning Suite will provide a WebEx Connector for seamless Cisco WebEx Meetings within the LMS. Companies that use WebEx for online conferences can now use the same service for their online learning.

 

How you benefit: This new capability allows a smoother user experience throughout the workplace. WebEx is the newest addition to the list of online meeting and virtual classroom providers that can be used via the imc Learning Suite, making this LMS one of the best when it comes to seamless integration into a company’s existing software infrastructure.

 

Effortless On-the-job training management

Supervisors now have the capability to assign on-the-job training modules to their team via the My staff page. They can also create additional tasks before assigning on-the-job training modules, to provide employees with an individualised list of tasks.

 

How you benefit: On-the-job training is a highly effective format since it’s easier to remember knowledge once you have used it for practical tasks. This new capability makes organising On-the-Job training even smoother, saving time whilst setting up training events and enabling more individualised task lists.

More Transparency with Learning Analytics

One of our focused topics when developing new functionality and features is learning analytics. The goal is to create transparency and enable better and faster decisions about learning and development in your organisation.

We aim to provide interactive visualisation and metrics of learning data to give you insights into your organisation’s training success. With these insights, you can combine and compare data quickly and make informed decisions to optimise your learning strategies. Identify pain points and improve training content and learning experience to reach your company’s goals. By embedding MS Power BI we also enable several capabilities to adjust and create your own reports and dashboards. We will also give you the functionality to visualise your learning strategy’s influence on your organisation’s overall success by combining data from different sources.

Excellent Learning Experience

For many organisations that look to implement a learning platform, a great learning experience is a critical factor. Whilst the imc Learning Suite is historically built with a focus on learning management and making administration as easy as possible, we’re also working on a lot of features that aim to improve the user learning experience.

One of our goals is to provide learners on-demand content as learning nuggets based on topics of interest. They will be able to subscribe to channels in order to receive notifications when new content is available. Through these notifications, the users will be able to discover the personalized collections of contents with a single click and browse through them.
The Learning Suite will also motivate learners to explore further company topics within a knowledge base. For learners, these learning nuggets are a comfortable way to learn about company news, such as product innovations. They can be consumed by the learner in between meetings or on the train while on a business trip.

A further goal is to enable organisations to quickly provide learning nuggets without course context. Informative contents can be created by subject matter experts so that contents are less expensive than individually produced high-quality e-learning content.

Our developers are also working on a brand new design, allowing a panel view to enable a Netflix-like view of learning contents.
