Apprenticeship at imc
Your school days are over or coming to an end. Now, you are looking to get started in the working world with the dual system of vocational training. You want to apply theory in real life from the word “go”. You’d rather not bore yourself with university life. If that describes you, you’re just the right fit for us. We believe in our young team members. We let you take responsibility from the very first day of your traineeship.
We are a software company on set for growth and offer you the opportunity to grow and develop with us. We invest in you and your professional development to guarantee you the best start to your professional life. Your mentors support you with a tailored training plan specifically created for you and great commitment. They make time to share their experiences and knowledge with you. You actively contribute to various departments, acquire key expertise for your field, and gradually take responsibility for assignments and eventually even your own projects.
You can expect a helpful team and regular, constructive feedback. The training plans are aligned with your personal strengths and goals. Our colleagues are dedicated to their work and look forward to working with you. There is a very good chance that we will offer you a permanent role after you complete your traineeship.
We are looking for office managers, IT specialists for system integration and media designers for digital and print.
Media Design – Digital & Print
In our New Media department, you will learn to design multimedia content and develop the technical aspects for it. You will contribute to a diverse range of international client projects under the guidance of your colleagues. This may involve graphic design, image or video editing and cutting audio recordings, as well as learning to use various authoring tools, HTML and professional Adobe applications across the product family (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
Office Management
In our innovative and dynamic company, you will acquire the foundational skills in administration and office management work, accounting and HR. In each field, your trainers will prepare you for your future career with diverse and interesting tasks. You can demonstrate your talent in smaller projects, and take responsibility for realising potential solutions in your day-to-day work.
IT Specialist for System Integration
As IT Specialist for System Integration, you support your internal IT colleagues, as well as our clients in hosting questions. You will grow into the work routines in a software firm, and take responsibility from day one.
