Account Executive - SaaS

The imc Learning Suite is the flagship product of imc. It is the sweet spot between a learning management system (LMS) and a learning experience platform (LXP). It is known for being one of the leading learning platforms for Enterprise in the world.
We are on the look-out for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our team. An individual who desires a challenge in helping grow our business, through playing a lead role in convincing customers to choose imc as their next LMS provider and caring for our existing customers.
We are ideally looking for someone with an entrepreneurial growth mindset who has a passion for both business and technology, and someone who wants to grow with us and is excited by the potential to develop quickly their leadership and management skills as the business evolves.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
- Acquiring new Enterprise customer accounts by convincing them of our solutions through a consultative sales approach (functional, technical, commercial).
- Processing of incoming enquiries, offer preparations, RFP’s, tenders, contracts.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, owning the end-to-end relationship with both existing client accounts and new prospects.
- Working with the customers and our internal teams to analyse requirements, prepare functional, technical and commercial solution proposals and draft statements of work to address customer problems.
- Contributing to, and then leading the execution of, well defined strategic plans for building the business across the US and Canada.
- Representing the company in the market at events, with partners and market influencers/analysts.
Here’s what you’ll need
- A dynamic yet resolute attitude. We are more interested in potential, drive and motivation than decades of experience.
- Experience in a complex business software and or Learning Technology would be an advantage.
- Client centric with the ability to build outstanding relationships with clients.
- Excellent listening skills to accurately understand client pain points.
- Highly responsive and communicative (both internally and externally), with an attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent pro-active communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work with customers and colleagues in different locations and time zones.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
