Empowering L&D with new AI-based solutions

At our recent hackathon, two innovative prototypes demonstrated how AI can empower learning and development (L&D) teams to tackle these challenges head-on.  

 

The first prototype, QT Assessment Test, focuses on automating test creation to provide adaptive, high-quality assessments. These assessments enable L&D teams to pinpoint skills gaps with precision, ensuring training is not only impactful but also tailored to the needs of individual learners.  

 

The second prototype, Remedy AI, uses a powerful recommendation engine to enhance learner engagement by delivering personalised learning paths. By offering the right content to the right learners at the right time, Remedy AI ensures that training is meaningful and motivating, while also simplifying content curation for administrators.
