While focusing on our target groups, we develop unconventional and eye-catching B2B marketing and communication strategies. Our motivation is to show the entire world what we are proud of: Great products that help people do a better job. We establish the dialogue, support Sales and generate leads.
We live by the motto: Digital first. From podcast through webinar to performance marketing – We utilise a colourful mix of measures to win over our target groups. We communicate externally, internally, 360 degrees and on all key channels.
The individual characters in our team are equally colourful. Creative designers, analytical thinkers and innovative communication wizards all come together in our team. Tasks are assigned based on strength, and each team member is given the opportunity to drive their own development.

Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, you are responsible for a diverse range of tasks, and you actively contribute to the success of our content marketing contents and products. We believe in a colourful marketing mix to convince our target group. You book advertising space to promote our campaigns, increase our web traffic with social advertising and generate leads for our products and contents with SEA. Using Excel, you dig deep. Your responsibilities include monitoring, analysing and optimising campaigns based on performance targets.
Communications Manager
With creative ideas, you shape the public image of imc and ensure maximum awareness. You conceptualise, create and coordinate content for our website, online magazine and social media channels. You manage PR projects and closely cooperate with our media agency. Since digital communication is not a one-way street, you actively seek dialogue: With colleagues, specialists and journalists, as well as our communities.
Event Manager
As Event Manager, you are responsible for bringing our brand to life by planning, coordinating and managing communication of all imc events. A creative and talented organiser, you collaborate with your team to develop designs, giveaways and event programmes, as well as communication strategies that are on-trend, align with our brand and inspire.
