Junior Business Development Support Executive

We are searching for an enthusiastic Junior Business Development Support Executive, who will be given hands-on experience working closely with our high-performing Director and be mentored to achieve excellence.

With imc Asia scaling rapidly to become the leading provider of enterprise learning management systems, content, and tools, you will be part of a dynamic environment where innovation and growth are at the forefront.

Here's what you'll do

  • Prepare agendas, conduct research, compile reports, attend meetings, capture action items, and ensure all action points are followed up in a timely manner
  • Preparation of proposals, tenders, templates and presentations
  • Preparing functional, technical and commercial solution proposals and draft statements of work to address customer problems
  • Prospecting and contacting/calling potential customers, running sales campaigns, running discovery meetings, as and when required
  • Execute and be the local contact for marketing events organised by Germany
  • Support vendor management in the local Singapore office

Here's what you'll need

  • Around 3 years’ experience in an executive support or business development role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; an Asian language is a big plus
  • Excellent ability to understand and absorb information effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently
  • Degree in Business Administration and/or Technology with an entrepreneurial and consultative mindset
