As an imc Learning Software Consultant, you will be working with our customers to deliver ongoing work packages for our leading learning management system and other imc software products.

Your role will involve working closely with both our experienced local team in Singapore, as well as with our other international colleagues further afield, so you will have great support to develop in the role.

Your Tasks

  • Responsible for the delivery of professional services relating to our software solutions to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain an expert level of knowledge of our software solutions.
  • Run coaching sessions and workshops with customers to understand requirements and advise on solution options.
  • Perform software configurations and parametrisation.
  • Analyse customer configuration issues and provide solutions (advice, configurations etc).
  • Identify opportunities with customers for improvements and work together with customer account managers to offer additional services (upselling).
  • Travelling to customer site for customer meetings, workshops and travel as required.

Your Strengths

  • Expert knowledge in our software solutions, especially regarding IMC’s Learning Management System.
  • Customer driven with ability to work in a team and autonomously.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present and run both functional and technical meetings and workshops.
  • Problem solving, solution focused mindset with a desire to learn.
